Peke
puppies are precocious when popping pictures. But a good handler has control of
her charges...well, maybe just one at a time! Lenny! Katie! Billie! Stay still!!!
I'm trying to take your picture! Oh, those Prima Pekingese puppies! I've been handling my own dogs since we started showing in the 70's. I love
it! Several years ago I began to handle Pekes for other people on a limited basis.
I've also handled a couple of French Bulldogs as well. If you work on the
weekends, don't have the time to condition a dog properly, or just can't take
the "intensity" of being in the ring, e-mail
me...I'd like to help
you. I'll accept most well-behaved toys (no coated ones except Pekes, please)
and most other small "non-coated" breeds. My charge for handling is so
reasonable, you won't believe it.

This
is Lee's JJ at Mor-Lane, a dog bred and owned by June Strange of VanNuys, CA. Here, judge Tim Catterson,
awards JJ a 5 point major! |

This
is Molly, imported by my friend, Don Johnson. It took me a while but I finally
finished Molly in the fall of 2000. She'd had a litter of puppies the previous
year and her coat was reduced to a few wisps of hair. It took a while
to get her back into condition. Although not the most heavily coated bitch, she
does have the most beautiful tail and skirts I've had on a bitch. |

Waciana
was the first dog I showed as a "professional." She belonged to my
good friend, Eugene Hinson of South Carolina. If I was any good at
touching up pictures, I'd show you how happy I really was with this WB win at a
specialty. |

I
showed this little bitch (Billie) for a client in NC, Rachel Braxton.
Unfortunately, Billie died from a tumor on her esophagus. |
 |
I
showed Manny for my good friend and mentor, Ruby Dudley. Here he is winning Best
in Sweepstakes at NCIPC. He went on to WD, BOW and BOB under the renowned
Pekingese authority, Nigel Aubrey-Jones. |

Here's
another beautiful dog I showed for Ruby. We called him Little Lypton. |
